Objectives :
- To make national executives aware of the stakes involved
in the different strategies for financing health care
and improving the statutory framework of health coverage
- To enable development of mutual health insurance companies,
especially through financing feasibility studies
- To initiate communication between health care providers
and institutions, to promote contracting
